1. Where do you ship?
     We ship within Metro Manila. 外送服務僅限馬尼拉．

2. How long will it take to get my order?

• Standard delivery 標準外送- within three(3) working days upon payment confirmed. 

• Express delivery 即時外送 - within ninety 90 minutes upon checking out. (Available only for Restaurant Menu orders only)

3. How can I pay for my order?
     We accept these payment methods:

• Bank Deposit 銀行轉帳 - We have a BDO account. Please send the deposit slip to headoffice.yyyentinc@gmail.com
• Gcash- We have a GCash account. Please send the proof of payment to headoffice.yyyentinc@gmail.com
• Paypal- We have a Paypal account. Trnsaction is automatically processed upon checking out
• Cash on Delivery 貨到付款- Pay the rider at your doorstep when receiving your order. For your convenience, please prepare the exact amount of your order as rider may not have a change on hand.
• Third Party Pabili Service 代購服務- Book your Pabili Service and pay upon recieving your items. (Max amount of P2000 only)

4. What shipping carriers do you use?
     We have our own riders. Customers may also initiate via third-party delivery services such as Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, etc. (Disclaimer: Price will vary depending on the third-party's app calculation).

    我們有外送服務人員，客人可以選擇自取訂購商品，或委託第三方外送服務廠商 (如Grab/ Lalamove/ Mr.Speedy等)．

5. How much is the shipping fee?
We charge a fixed rate fee of P80 for Metro Manila. Delivery fee will be waived with order min spent of P5000.

6. Where else can I purchase these merchandise?
You may visit our store to avail, please contact store branches to make pre-reservations.
